Summer smoothies

Hey guys!
We are sharing our go-to summer smoothies. Smoothies are such a good way to start your morning by loading your body with nutrients. You can do so many combinations and use fresh or frozen fruits, whatever tickles your fancy. Our favourite from this bunch is tropical.

Healthy green smoothies


  • 2 bananas
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 small cucumber
  • handful of kale
  • half of lime/lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of spirulina
  • Few dates for extra sweetness
  • Water
Pineapple, coconut, orange smoothies


  • 2 bananas
  • 1 orange
  • 200g of pineapple
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or coconutwater
  • Water
Fresh strawberry mint smoothies


  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups of strawberries
  • Half of lime
  • Few fresh peppermint leaves
  • Water
